At Woodbridge, we make a point in giving charitable contributions throughout the year to a number of organizations or individuals in need. Through these donations we hope to improve quality of living among those less fortunate in the world. Our charitable partners include:

  • St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters The St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters is a network of food and service programs for the poor that provide a wide range of services to feed, clothe, counsel, and alleviate physical and emotional hunger in a dignified and supportive manner. The St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters takes a comprehensive approach in providing and supporting services that eradicate not only hunger, but the structural causes of hunger. The St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters supports a network of charitable programs that provide a broad range of services for those in need, including the provision of food, clothing, shelter, and related social services for the poor.
  • Jimmy Ryce Center for Victims of Predatory Abduction The Jimmy Ryce Center provides AKC bloodhounds free to law enforcement to find abducted and lost children. They also counsel and provide support to parents of children abducted by sexual predators. Additionally, they increase public awareness of sexual predators and predatory abductions through speeches, brochures, and radio and television appearances They also provide information to teachers and parents on what to teach children to make them more predator smart and thus more predator resistant. What’s more, the Jimmy Ryce Center identifies legislation and programs which better protect children from sexual predators, and assists law enforcement in developing more effective procedures for handling predatory abductions. They work to improve coordination and cooperation among state missing children information clearinghouses, missing children nonprofit organizations, and law enforcement.
  • P.S, Arts  P.S. ARTS’ mission is to improve the lives of children by providing arts education to underserved public schools and communities. P.S. ARTS is the only organization in Southern and Central California that provides yearlong arts education in dance, visual arts, music, and theater arts to every child in a school during the regular school day. Without our programs, children in these underfunded school districts would not have access to the arts. P.S. ARTS also coordinates with school administrators and parent groups to provide community outreach services designed to increase community members’ capacity to advocate for educational equity and to provide critical cultural experiences for the entire family. P.S. ARTS, Arts programs help to level the educational playing field by teaching creative and cognitive skills to students struggling to overcome economic, ability, or literacy barriers that will better equip them to be competitive and successful people. With the high school dropout rate in Los Angeles County as high as 50% in recent years, the children in our community need the arts now more than ever.
